Shipping Protocols

Every Snappalm is packed and shipped from Chicago, IL. Free standard shipping is provided on all US orders.

Orders typically process and ship within 1–2 business days. Once handed off to USPS, most US deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. An email with your USPS tracking number is sent the moment the shipping label is generated.

Shipping to Canada is available at a flat $19.99 and is added at checkout. Canadian duties and import taxes are collected separately by the carrier on delivery and are not included in the order total.

No other destinations are served at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

If Snappalm isn't the perfect fit for your workflow, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
